Next the septic system and bore holes. The inspector needs to check the soil maps of the county and then does bore holes to see how quickly water will "disappear" from the bore holes.
WE PASSED with flying colors. The boundaries of the septic field are marked off and we're not supposed to drive on that section...can't compact the soil! fortunately it's behind the future location of the house.
